Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Site Selection for Farming of assigned crops.
∎ Prepare potential farmers list, share the list with concerned authority and get approval for enlisting for CF.
∎ Process agreement for Farming of assigned crops with each single farmers.
∎ Collaborate with local Agricultural officers to collect filed level information.
∎ Regularly field visits, collect and prepare a complete database with all data.
∎ Provide direct technical assistance to the farmers to ensure quality crops production.
∎ Analysis crop production data and cost analysis of assigned crops project for company and for the farmer.
∎ To maintain post-harvest activities and ensure on time deliver to RM team.
∎ Ensure collection of crop as per defined process for the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Diploma in Agriculture/ BSc. in Agriculture.
∎ Must have experience in Contract farming.
∎ Good communication skill.
∎ Ability to work in remote areas and frequent traveling.
Salary: Negotiable
