Job Context:
∎ Milon Food & Beverages Ltd. has been engaged to produce and deliver Mastered Oil, all kinds of Spices, Pickles, Bakery items, Aromatic Rice, Puffed Rice, Frozen Food and Vegetable and many other Food Items to the top-rated business industries in Bangladesh and abroad.
∎ The company is currently looking for some fresh/ experienced Sales Officers for Export Sales. The Sales Officer is responsible for generating sales by identifying and targeting potential customers and promoting the company`s products in international markets.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall export development and execution to achieve revenue targets and increase market share;
∎ Responsible for growth & development of FMCG/ FOOD portfolio;
∎ Identify target customers in international markets;
∎ Understand customer needs by country / territory;
∎ Familiar with FMCG industry
∎ Have good networks with export Distributors
∎ Prepare and present sales reports, sales forecasts, and budgets to company management;
∎ Ensuring compliance with export regulations, including obtaining necessary licenses and permits, and maintaining accurate records of export transactions;
∎ Provide excellent customer service and support to international customers to build and maintain long-term relationships;
∎ Meet or exceed sales objectives and sales targets;
∎ Giving feedback regularly on sales trends.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Export Sales experience in FMCG
∎ Good written and verbal communication skills.
