• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting

• At most 2 years

• Age At most 35 years
• Only Male

Context: The Junior Executive / Executive – VAT will assist in managing all VAT-related activities including VAT return preparation, compliance with NBR regulations, documentation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Workplace: Work at factory

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit monthly VAT returns (Mushak-9.1) and other statutory statements (Mushak-6.3, 6.1, etc.)

• Ensure accurate record keeping in compliance with VAT Act 2012

• Maintain Mushak registers as per NBR requirements (Mushak-6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.4, 6.5, etc.)

• Reconcile VAT payable accounts with ledger entries

• Coordinate with internal departments (procurement, sales, warehouse) to ensure VAT compliance in all transactions

• Liaise with VAT Circle Offices and handle audits or inspections from NBR
