∎ Must be ready to work both in a team and in a challenging environment.

∎ Must have a good skill on email corresponding to local and international.

∎ Traveling if necessary, around the country and work in a professional manner.
∎ Driving experience in Motorcycle/Cars is required.

∎ Good computer knowledge on Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Route-wise achieve weekly and monthly secondary sales target from dealer/distributor point.
∎ Ensuring secondary sales/collection within due time frame.
∎ Route-wise market visit, prepare & submit sales reports on daily basis
∎ Work actively to increase the points of secondary sales
∎ Develop & maintain effective value chain with all stakeholders (i.e. dealers, retailers, vehicle owners, mechanics & individual users)
∎ Monitor inventory in all sales points to ensure product availability and repeat order
∎ Ensure availability of maximum SKU’s at traders’ outlets
∎ Ensuring of merchandizing materials in all planed location to enhance brand awareness.
∎ Identify the strategic locations/places for branding (i.e. signages, stickers, banners) and give reports to supervisor to implement.
∎ Any other relevant job associated with company’s interest must have to be done as per company’s expectations.
