Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee and expand lubricant sales operations across North Bengal, ensuring alignment with company goals.
∎ Lead and supervise Territory Sales Officers (TSOs) and DSRs; track daily performance and ensure continuous improvement.
∎ Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet territory and district targets.
∎ Appoint and manage localized dealers, sub-dealers, and distributors, especially in untapped and high-potential markets.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and key customers to drive business growth.
∎ Drive sales through premium channels such as flagship retail outlets, workshops, biker groups, and corporate fleets.
∎ Conduct regular field visits for market analysis, opportunity identification, and customer engagement.
∎ Monitor and guide team members to ensure productivity, target achievement, and optimal performance.
∎ Ensure product availability and brand presence through signage, promotional materials, and merchandising.
∎ Implement company-led marketing programs and manage the regional office effectively.

We are seeking a dynamic Area Manager (Sales & Marketing) to lead our operations in North Bengal, focusing on territory expansion, dealer development, team supervision, and sales growth. The role demands a proactive, target-oriented individual with strong leadership, communication, and market development skills.
