Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the Manager of Sales in researching and identifying new business opportunities in the RMG sector
∎ Propose effective plans and financial proposal to enhance the customer base
∎ Arrange demo presentations. Propose tailored made solutions based on client requirements. Negotiate with clients for optimum pricing that increases profitability
∎ Keep up-to-date on competitor activities in the market. Contribute towards brand awareness campaigns and activations that attracts clients from different segments
∎ Make regular visits to prospective clients in the RMG sector
∎ Ensure client satisfaction, collaborate with in-house development and customer support team to serve client requirements on time
∎ Prepare and submit sales/sales leads reports. Deliver on key metrics to enhance revenue of the department
∎ Recommend new, creative ideas for improving the ERP modules

Additional Requirements:
∎ 1-2 years of experience in selling ERP software to RMG factories
∎ Must have knowledge of ERP module requirements and functions in the RMG and Textile sector
∎ Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills
∎ Ability to manage multile projects and complete within timeline
∎ Excellent with Office applications and using in-house ERP modules
∎ Needs to multitask and assist cross functional teams if required

Salary:
∎ Emolument: The remuneration will be competitive, depending upon the qualification, experience and profile of the candidate.
