∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Distribution Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect product requisition/delivery order from sales team and create Sales Order (SO) by ERP software.
∎ Maintain constant liaison with production department for ensuring stock availability and take necessary steps.
∎ Co-ordinate with respective Marketing executive / Manager to collect information about delivery program.
∎ Create daily, weekly, monthly sales & collection report.
∎ Prepare product delivery program in accordance to the market demand.
∎ Maintain liaison with factory transport department to ensure availability of transport for smooth delivery operation.
∎ Provide a daily report on Delivery program execution, pending programs of all transport agencies & truck loading report (E-mail & SMS) of all factory loading point.
∎ Follow up all delivery programs with distributor and sales associates to ensure unloading timely.
∎ Monitor delivery & undelivered status of products with regular liaison with production, transport provider & other supply chain management concerns.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The candidate must have knowledge on ERP software.
∎ Negotiation, Interpersonal and time management skill.
∎ Ability to use Computer/internet/Software.
∎ Delivery Schedule Management & optimization.
∎ Good knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel.
