Additional Requirements:
Age at most 32 years (Preferred).
Relevant experience in supervisory role is required (Frozen Food / Ice Cream Industry is preferred).
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel & PowerPoint.
Highly motivated to work anywhere in Bangladesh.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
To send SKU-wise indents to the factory for depot stock in accordance with the sales demand.
To prepare invoices based on distributor demand and ensure delivery accordingly to support sales.
To ensure authenticity and accuracy of depot physical stock and system stock.
To ensure implementation of the Permanent Dispatch Plan (PDP) to reduce distribution expenditure and optimize costs.
To maintain proper records of undelivered stock movement (Factory to Depot and Depot to Distributors` warehouses)
To maximize efficiency in managing SKU-wise depot stock and optimize space to avoid any OOS (Out of Stock) situations.
