Experience:
Postgraduate from a Govt. recognized universities.
At least three years’ experience in website management.
Candidates should have a good command of the English and Bengali (both written and spoken).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and the internet is necessary and flexible to work in software.
Proficiency in CRM (Zoho) management and WordPress management.
Ability to meet deadlines.

SOS Children`s Villages operates in over 130 countries and territories worldwide. In Bangladesh, we have been working since 1972 and presently have programmes in Dhaka, Rajshahi, Khulna, Chattogram, Bogura, Sylhet and Bagerhat.

Area of Responsibilities:
Manage Website (WordPress) with UI UX design with regular updates, content changes, page creation etc.
Manage Zoho CRM (donor, donation and payment)
Work closely with Fundraising colleagues to create content, liaison with external vendors and provide overall support for the delivery of campaigns.
Work across teams to ensure online and offline fundraising campaigns are integrated and digital channels are used effectively for retention and new donor acquisition.
Manage digital advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, ad creation, targeting, and performance tracking.
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive online donations.
Perform research, competition mapping and maintain knowledge of best practices in the sector. Also, monitor digital fundraising trends, emerging audiences and competitor activity;
Manage and optimize various digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and content marketing
Manage reports, databases and present analysis from all digital fundraising activities;
Liaison with agencies and vendors like payment gateway, digital tools and other partners;
Adhere to the guidelines of Child Protection Policy, Code of Conduct, Sexual Misconduct Regulation (PSHEA) and all other rules of SOS Bangladesh.
