Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Control the packing accuracy effectively.
∎ Take corrective action as early as possible if there is any problem with packing and delivery.
∎ Check properly of outer label which having order number, customer name, quantity etc.
∎ Check Inventories Properly.
∎ Received query and feedback on time.
∎ Prepare monthly packing material consumption report and submit demand note.
∎ Take care of IMS (Information management system) & ISMS (Information security management system).
∎ Prepare manpower plan & requisition, yearly budget.
∎ Make improvement plan (if necessary).
∎ Work distribution to all employee and take feedback.
∎ Monitoring finished goods disposal.
∎ Yearly Target set-up and set action plan and report.
∎ Zero Fire Breakout (Resources & finish zipper area) minimize the ISMS Risk at section relating.
∎ Any other task assigned by the department manager.
