Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Measure ROI of online and offline advertising campaigns.
∎ Report on marketing KPIs like CPM, CPL, ROAS, ROI etc.
∎ Forecast budget & targets for marketing and it's each sub department based on KPIs and present it to Senior management.
∎ Monitor budget distribution and performance of online, offline, PR and other marketing teams.
∎ Review day-to-day operation processes, identify areas of improvement and make actionable recommendations based on underlying analysis.
∎ Follow up on actual vs targets spend and marketing KPIs for the Month.
∎ Understanding of statistics to run A/B tests to optimize funnel performance.
∎ Work closely with regional & local sales teams to improve marketing performance.
∎ Collect and analyze data for each sub department of marketing to improve performance.
∎ Research and implement marketing tools to support our promotional projects.
∎ Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties research and implement best practices.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Analytical mind and business acumen with ability to work with large amounts of data to discover patterns and trends and to form conclusions based on findings. Must be extremely detail oriented.
∎ Excellent knowledge of statistical packages databases and MS Office or Google Suite.
∎ Strong communication and presentation skills.
∎ Deep knowledge of data warehousing, and mining.
∎ Deep knowledge of PowerBi and Google Data Studio or similar.
∎ Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys etc)
∎ Working knowledge with Paid Marketing Tools (Google Ass, Facebook Ad Manager)
∎ Strong analytical and critical thinking.
∎ Quick learner and proven ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
∎ High integrity and work ethic
∎ Team player with an ability to function effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Salary: Negotiable
