Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect adequate market information and through other required means, in formulating and implementing marketing strategies.
∎ Ensure Sales achievement as per Annual sales budget.
∎ Tracking of competition strategies & activities and recommending necessary measures.
∎ Analyze and report sales performance with recommendation for improvement.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and effective customer service.
∎ Develop team spirit and motivated work force.
∎ Ensure after sales service in favor to the customers.
∎ Planned Corporate market and customer visit.
∎ Drive new ways to increase sales and productivity in the region.
∎ Manages regional budget and ensures that all expenses stay within that budget.
∎ Establish channel strategies along with execute associated plans.
∎ Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed
∎ Monitor product mix & available stock and market trend to prepare the Quarterly demand plan.

∎ Should have strong communication skill (both written and verbal).

∎ Good interpersonal skill.
∎ Self-motivated & flexible.
∎ Must have knowledge of MS application & ability to make PPT presentation will be added advantages.
