Skills Required: BSCI,Compliance Audit,Compliance Management,Environmental Compliance,HR Compliance,Social Compliance and Sustainability.
Additional Requirements:
- Age 24 to 32 years
- Only Male
Knowledge on Social, Technical, and Environmental Compliance Standards including BSCI, INDITEX, H&M (Higg), GOTS, OCS, GRS, RCS Audit.
Strong communication, documentation, and reporting skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple audits simultaneously.
Responsibilities & Context:
Regular follow-up of social compliance, health & safety issues in the factory.
Ensure the factory is always ready for any kind of audit (Social Compliance Audit & Technical Audit).
Ensure all types of compliance requirements as per buyer standards are met.
Support 3rd party audits as per buyer requirements, provide necessary documents, and prepare corrective action plans against non-conformities.
Conduct awareness programs among employees and workers on health & safety issues.
Maintain, follow up, and track the validity of licenses and certificates as per regulatory compliance.
Ensure personal safety/protective equipment is available and used by workers where required.
Regularly monitor all compliance status in line with buyer requirements, local labor laws, and international standards.
