Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)

Experience:

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Spinning

• Bachelor/Honors

• Professional certification related to Compliance will be preferred.

• 2 to 5 years

• Age 24 to 32 years
• Only Male

• Knowledge on Social, Technical, and Environmental Compliance Standards including BSCI, INDITEX, H&M (Higg), GOTS, OCS, GRS, RCS Audit.

• Strong communication, documentation, and reporting skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple audits simultaneously.

• Regular follow-up of social compliance, health & safety issues in the factory.

• Ensure the factory is always ready for any kind of audit (Social Compliance Audit & Technical Audit).

• Ensure all types of compliance requirements as per buyer standards are met.

• Support 3rd party audits as per buyer requirements, provide necessary documents, and prepare corrective action plans against non-conformities.

• Conduct awareness programs among employees and workers on health & safety issues.

• Maintain, follow up, and track the validity of licenses and certificates as per regulatory compliance.

• Ensure personal safety/protective equipment is available and used by workers where required.

• Regularly monitor all compliance status in line with buyer requirements, local labor laws, and international standards.
