∎ B. Pharm/M. Pharm from any reputed university

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare material (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients, Excipients, Chemical & Packaging) procurement plan as per marketing and sales budget and production floor needs. Periodic review of the plan and monitoring of inventory to avoid under/over procurement.
∎ Suppliers selection and evaluation of pre-qualification process to offer the best value for company's investment and expenditure. Lead strategic supplier relationship management to continually identify process improvements and cost reduction opportunities. Negotiation on prices, payment terms, supply part with vendors. Identification of potential suppliers and assessing their suitability as per the company policy.
∎ Analyze Purchase Authorizations/Requisitions for adequacy of specifications and other requirements; select or recommend sources of supply, as necessary, to ensure effective competition.
∎ Solicit bids or quotations, analyze them for conformity to specified requirements and for price, delivery and other considerations such as warranty, maintenance, standardization or compatibility; negotiate with suppliers and award contracts based on consideration of all factors.
∎ Monitor shipment schedules and instruct Logistics to organize pick-ups from Airport, Seaport, and land ports up to factory warehouse. Coordinate with Customs authority, C&F agents, Drug Administration Authority, and other relevant internal and external agencies to ensure timely clearances and cost-effective movement of products and materials.
