- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor’s degree from a UGC-approved university (Education, Development Studies, Social Work, IR, Psychology, or English preferred).

Additional Requirements:
- 1–2 years’ experience in student welfare/child development (fresh graduates with relevant internships welcome).
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bangla.
- Ability to handle challenges with flexibility and adaptability.
- Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Previous fieldwork or community engagement experience is a plus.
Responsibilities & Context:
Foster student growth through effective academic, emotional, and welfare initiatives.
Plan and manage budgets for various activities and events.
Collaborate with schools, sponsors, and headquarters to ensure seamless program delivery.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of student data.
Provide supportive counselling and guidance to students as needed.
Assist in the admissions and registration processes.
Conduct visits to schools and the community to monitor progress.
