Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the general & spare parts store
∎ In-house monitoring of stationeries, mechanical, utility, spare parts, etc.
∎ Preparing reports on daily spare parts & other Embroidery inventory
∎ Daily supervise all issuing & receiving of stationary, spare parts, etc inspecting its quality.
∎ Monitor keeping all records of receiving & delivery in the prescribed register as per requisition
∎ Prepare delivery challan
∎ Monitoring of goods and issuing materials against approved move order
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports as per departmental requirement
∎ Maintain store ledger and updating over the time
∎ Arrange to store all materials in the store maintaining compliance
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Have sound experience in general & spare parts store
∎ Good knowledge & skills in MS Office package.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time frame.
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concerned department and external suppliers.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 22000 (Monthly)
