Business Development, Key Account Management, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
E-commerce, ISP, IT Enabled Service, PSTN, Telecommunication
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Explore business opportunities with international Telecom Operators and develop business for the company by identifying new opportunities in carrier voice & SMS wholesale and Retail market.
∎ Communication with prospective carriers on a routine basis and develop rapport by establishing a communication channel with potential customers.
∎ Develop potential business case and Process new contract signing after exchanging business and technical information and co-ordinate with each respective departments to commercialized the new carrier.
∎ Attend International telecom conferences to develop sales and network when required.
∎ Assist in creating plans and strategies to win business from both new and existing carriers.
∎ Work as key point of contact between Customer & Company.
∎ Provide prompt commercial and technical support to the existing telecom companies specially by analyzing their potential business and ensure effective customer service.
∎ Manage portfolio of customer, review deals and achieve sales target.
∎ Provide daily and weekly detailed forecast, market knowledge and propose opportunities to meet or exceed team sales target.
∎ Generation of daily, monthly and quarterly reports and routinely cross- check the quality and utilization of the existing customers and suppliers.
