Scheduling OPD and Teleconsultation appointments of consultants and investigation through telephone and email
Any information about the hospital, outpatient clinic and consultants (Profile, Consultation Fee, OPD Time Schedule) Timing of Sample collection, lab, Radiology, and cost of any service)
Reminding patients about appointments through confirmation to reduce No- Show
To reduce call drop, on time login as per roster and break management
Reschedule and/ or Cancellation of the confirm appointments when needed such as - Consultants Plan Leave and/or sudden leave, OT Schedule Consultants OPD Time slot change due to any specific reason
Transfer or communicate about hospital contacts correctly through PABX system
