Responsibilities & Context:
  • Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer queries and complaints

  • Scheduling OPD and Teleconsultation appointments of consultants and investigation through telephone and email

  • Any information about the hospital, outpatient clinic and consultants (Profile, Consultation Fee, OPD Time Schedule) Timing of Sample collection, lab, Radiology, and cost of any service)

  • Reminding patients about appointments through confirmation to reduce No- Show

  • To reduce call drop, on time login as per roster and break management

  • Reschedule and/ or Cancellation of the confirm appointments when needed such as - Consultants Plan Leave and/or sudden leave, OT Schedule Consultants OPD Time slot change due to any specific reason

  • Transfer or communicate about hospital contacts correctly through PABX system
