∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for contextualizing the current C-SAFE operational manual through consultations with the program team and in the communities where FH works.
∎ Understand and identify locally appropriate, user-friendly, and culturally sensitive communication channels for feedback and incorporate these into the Manual.
∎ Establish in-depth work plans at the programmatic and country levels for the rollout of C-SAFE, including processes, procedures, forms, as well as budgetary pipelines and guidance.
∎ Develop necessary Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) material (aka sensitization materials) for internal and external use.
∎ Oversee operational management of work plans for the rollout of C-SAFE including processes, procedures, and forms by project or location.
∎ Together with MEL staff, develop a system for analyzing trends in feedback received.
∎ Together with program teams, conduct C-SAFE assessments and evaluations, and develop processes to ensure integration of feedback and evidence-based learning into program implementation.
∎ Brief the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and update the Country Director on a monthly basis and/or as necessary regarding the status of and updates regarding high-level C-SAFE cases.
∎ Liaise with FH Global Service Center (GSC) as necessary regarding the status of high-level C-SAFE cases.
∎ Attend and provide input based on feedback into Quarterly Project Reviews and After-Action Reviews.
∎ Conduct orientation sessions for all departments on C-SAFE and their roles and responsibilities toward a successful implementation of accountability and reporting mechanisms.
∎ Together with human resources (HR), support integration of C-SAFE training into new staff onboarding.
∎ Other duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ A commitment to serving the poor and in full agreement with FH's foundation and beliefs as expressed in The Heartbeat;
∎ Demonstrated computer operating skills, including proficiency in Google platforms, Microsoft Office products, and virtual technologies such as Skype and/or Zoom.
∎ Proven experience in developing or contributing to accountability frameworks, SOPs for feedback mechanisms/ systems;
∎ The ability to work closely with and lead a team, be patient, adaptable, flexible, able to improvise and work in an environment that is often stressful and potentially volatile;
∎ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and negotiate clearly and effectively at all levels, taking into account cultural and language challenges. Tact and diplomacy are essential;
∎ Superior writing skills in English and [national language], including report-writing and professional, personable communications to community members
∎ Understanding of preventing sexual exploitation, abuse and harassment, child safeguarding and how other types of code of conduct issues may arise in C-SAFE systems and best practices for raising awareness of and responding to those concerns.
∎ Experience and/or training in handling sensitive information - Core Humanitarian Standards (CHS) training is an advantage, including Gender-Based Violence (GBV), Protection from Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Harassment (PSEAH) and Child Protection knowledge and capacities;
∎ Medical fitness to live and travel in rural and urban areas with extreme conditions and limited medical support;
∎ Ability to travel to insecure countries or locations.


Salary: Tk. 54500 (Monthly)
