• B.Sc in Textile Technology having major Garment/ Apparel Technology/ Textile Engineering from any reputed University like KUET/AUST/BUTEX/Prime Asia/City/Southeast/NITER etc. with CGPA of 3.00 or Above.

• Candidates must have mentioned the major subject in CV.

• At most 2 years

• 0 - 1 years of experience in related field for Asst. Production Officer and 2 - 4 Years of experience for Production Officer from a large Knit Garment Industry

• Team building, enthusiastic, innovative and result oriented Keen knowledge about operation breakdown or machine layout.

• Strong knowledge about bottleneck point, line balancing, SMV efficiency and sample making.

• Ability to ensure quick changeover and analyze & assess product risks, critical operations, quality issues in advance before production.

• Willing to stay beside factory at own accord

• Well conversant in MS-Office

• Job Location : Kashimpur, Nayonpur, Mawna, Gazipur.

• Assist to increase production efficiency with quality standards through developing production process/techniques.
• Execute production plan for maximum production efficiency & monitor the M/Cs performance.
• Ensure pre-production meeting with production team in every new order.
• Follow up the order sheet according to color and quantity before preparing production schedule for printing.
• Line balancing should be done every day morning.
• Ensure daily production targets are achieved on the sewing floor
• Liaison among different section of the factory.
