∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ 1–3 years of experience in washing production (Freshers with strong interest may also apply.
∎ Strong knowledge of garment washing processes and machinery.
∎ Excellent planning, coordination, and team supervision skills.
∎ Sound understanding of compliance, safety, and quality protocols.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and supervise all activities on the washing machine production line.
∎ Plan and organize production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
∎ Monitor performance of section in-charges and guide junior staff.
∎ Control production costs and minimize wastage through efficient resource utilization.
∎ Maintain quality standards and promote continuous process improvement.
∎ Ensure machine availability and handle maintenance to reduce downtime.
∎ Implement and monitor SOPs across all production processes.
∎ Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the production area.
∎ Prepare and submit production reports, WIP summaries, and monthly requisitions.
