Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc In Textile Engineering from reputed universities like AUST/ BUTEX/KUET having major in Wet Processing Technology/ Fabric Manufacturing Technology.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Garments Washing Plant, Production Management (Washing)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Washing Factory

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall manufacturing activities of the washing machine production line Planning and organizing production schedules.
∎ Assessing project and resource requirements.
∎ Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales.
∎ Monitoring and managing section in-charge and supervising the work of junior staff.
∎ Controlling production cost, reducing wastage as well, maximum utilization of machine, man and materials.
∎ Determining quality control standards & Striving for continuous improvement in quality, cycle times, process improvement.
∎ Ensuring machine availability to enhance the capability of existing processes.
∎ Ensuring implementation of updated SOP and oversee SOP is following at every process.
∎ Establishing self and sequence methods in the production line for reducing defects. Ensuring efficiency optimization of each & every process of the plant.
∎ Look after general administration and Compliance issues, ensuring that health and safety regulations are met Supervising & Maintaining cleanliness of Production area and overall hygiene.
∎ Ability to maintain and repair machine / equipment and perform maintenance work to reduce downtime.
∎ Ensure the day-to-day documentation tasks & timely report to Factory manager. Monthly requisition of local items for production line and generate monthly WIP report end of the month.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Female Candidates are highly encouraged to apply
∎ Minimum 2 years of experience for Officer in related field from any Textile Industry will be preferred
∎ Team player, independent, positive attitude, highly motivated & result oriented
∎ Excellent communication skills in both written and speaking in English
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office
∎ Willing to stay at factory site
