Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate should have MBA/BBA/M.Com/B.Com in Accounting and other similar disciplines with minimum 2nd division/class or equivalent GPA/CGPA in all academic examinations from any recognised institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily cash payment, advance payment (IOU), record & adjust through register and posted through software & Deposit of Cash & Cheque to bank.
∎ Daily bill & voucher prepare and payment to supplier, entry through software in daily basis.
∎ Cash collection from sales centre with HO current A/C and updating the statement reconcile with the BDP offices.
∎ Monthly payment of salary, OT, Trip allowance, utilities bill etc.
∎ Maintaining of petty cash book on a daily basis & recording it in Tally accounting software.
∎ Preparation of bank reconciliation statement.
∎ Prepare & maintain any assignment when supervisor indeed.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
