Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform day to day accounting activities.
∎ Having Knowledge about Accounts Software.
∎ Maintain Receipts & Payment Vouchers, Journal Voucher, Cash Book, General Ledger, Bank Book, Bill Register, Debtors & Creditors Ledger, Party Payment Registers, and Employees Register.
∎ Must ensure on time preparation & submission of actual receipt & payment statement of each company separately on Monthly / Half Yearly / Yearly basis to the reporting authority.
∎ Must co-ordinate with the Finance Department to obtain the daily banking transaction records.
∎ Updating company Accounting Software and preparation of different reports as required by the Management and any other related jobs as assigned by the Head of the Department as well as Management.
∎ Preparation of software based report and proper knowledge on ERP.
∎ Calculation of Vat & AIT & ensure proper treatment of them in to Accounts.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong Interpersonal & communication skill.
∎ Analytical ability.
∎ Ability of multi-tasking.
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Office, especially in excel.
