Accounts
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accounts-related documentation and filling
∎ Prepare voucher, Cheque and Cash maintenance report
∎ Petty Cash handling
∎ Maintain Books of accounts
∎ Data entry to ERP software
∎ Communicate to bank
∎ Cheque collection from the marketing department and deposit to bank
∎ Assist for accounts receivable and payable statement reconciliation
∎ Purchase Bill checking, payment
∎ Assist for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of positive pay transactions to suppliers,
∎ Prepare monthly accounts report
∎ Carry out any other task assigned by your supervisor.

∎ Age 22 to 28 years
