∎ Proven experience as an accounting specialist or in a similar role.
∎ Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, ERP) and MS Office Suite.
∎ Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
∎ Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software.
∎ Process invoices, orders, and expense reports accurately and promptly.
∎ Reconcile bank transactions, addressing discrepancies.
∎ Manage accounts payable, verify invoices, and process payments.
∎ Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.
∎ Assist in creating financial reports.
∎ Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
∎ Support budgeting efforts and provide insights for financial planning.
∎ Assist in internal and external audits.
∎ Analyze financial data for trends and improvements.
∎ Collaborate with other departments for accurate reporting.
