Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Accounts and Admin Officer is responsible for overall micro-credit divisional administration and accounting activities located at Dhaka office.
∎ He/She is also responsible for cash and ledger book, expenditure statement,preparing financial reports,bank ledger/statement.
∎ He/ she should ensure that the expenditures are being made as per financial policies and procedures.Therefore his/her responsibility to affords Admin & Accounts,Liason ith other staffs and officers.
∎ ccounting Side:-
∎ Preparation of program budget guidelines in consultation with the program management staff.
∎ Ensure payment of salary to the staff.
∎ Ensure payment to suppliers on time.
∎ Able to maintain software based accounting system.
∎ Maintain records of fixed assets.
∎ Provide logistics support during training,meeting,workshop etc.
∎ Ensure security of the assets and office.
∎ Tracking of fund status for proper reporting and ensuring timely fund requests.
∎ Overall responsibility on resource allocation and budget execution.
∎ Certify & review monthly/quarterly expenditure report.
∎ Ensure timely preparation and submission of the financial reports.
∎ Ensure update the books of accounts on a regular basis.
∎ Ensure compliance with income Tax Act of the government of Bangladesh.
∎ Ensure compliance with VAT Act of the government of Bangladesh.
∎ Maintain all types of transaction with PKSF,SAMRIDHI & PROBIN PROGRAMME.
∎ ADMINISTRATION SIDE :-
∎ Recruitment,transfer,discipline,promotion,increase salary etc.
∎ Maintain all personal files,Punishment & Reward etc.
∎ Correspondance with PKSF,MRA,BANK and all related offices .
∎ Maintain all Microfinance File in proper way.
∎ Maintain & collect all file and register of stock and store and take necessary action.
∎ PayRoll maintance including Salary,Vat,Tax documents.
∎ He/she will be supervised by Director (MF).
∎ Major job responsibilities of Accounts officer and administrative officer.
∎ Assist in the recruitment process.
∎ Involve actively in the interviewing process.
∎ Assist to prepare salary for Head Office and to ensure the payment at branch level.
∎ Managing staff database on Homere (including registering new staff,updating changes, closing resource.)
∎ Attendance,Leave aministration.
∎ Update HR Personal files regularly.
∎ Follow up the Evaluation process of staff in the base level.
∎ Maintain up to date the documents related to staff contracts.
∎ Prepare new employment contracts.
∎ Conduct the follow up of annual performance reviews.
∎ Reimbursement of salary advances.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Ability to ensure budgetary control.
∎ Familiar with soft-ware based accounting system.
∎ Strong critical and analytical thinking capabilities.
∎ Written and oral communications skills in English and Bengali.
∎ Computer literacy, including the ability to use Microsoft Word,Excel and PowerPoint

Salary: Tk. 30000 - 35000 (Monthly)
