Front Desk Duties: Welcome students, parents, and guests politely and give them the right information.
Phone & Communication: Receive phone calls, reply to emails, and pass messages properly.
Record Keeping: Maintain student files, documents, and office records in an organized way.
Scheduling: Assist in arranging meetings, classes, and appointments.
Support Work: Help teachers and office staff with necessary tasks.
Fee Collection & Accounts: Collect student fees and keep proper records (if needed).
Office Management: Ensure the office is clean, neat, and all supplies are available.
Confidentiality: Keep student and office information safe and private.
