Responsibilities & Context:
  • Front Desk Duties: Welcome students, parents, and guests politely and give them the right information.

  • Phone & Communication: Receive phone calls, reply to emails, and pass messages properly.

  • Record Keeping: Maintain student files, documents, and office records in an organized way.

  • Scheduling: Assist in arranging meetings, classes, and appointments.

  • Support Work: Help teachers and office staff with necessary tasks.

  • Fee Collection & Accounts: Collect student fees and keep proper records (if needed).

  • Office Management: Ensure the office is clean, neat, and all supplies are available.

  • Confidentiality: Keep student and office information safe and private.
