  • Receive and welcome visitors in a professional manner

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls

  • Maintain front desk operations and office records

  • Schedule meetings and manage appointments

  • Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks

  • Handle courier, mail, and office correspondence
