Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Counseling with prospective students who intend to study abroad, and overall responsible for all kinds of activities of the Student Visa service.
∎ Counselling with students to promote admission to different countries.
∎ Ensuring company policies are followed.
∎ Optimizing profits by controlling costs.
∎ Hiring, training, and developing new employees.
∎ Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
∎ Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
∎ Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
∎ Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
∎ Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
∎ Developing goals for the development team and business growth, and ensuring they are met.
∎ Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
∎ Excellent Customer Service mind & proactive sales/cross-sales & follow-up to convert from a potential lead source to meet the pipeline & final sales target.
∎ Counseling of prospective students and their families regarding study opportunities. and many more
∎ Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
∎ Ability to manage complex projects and multitask.
∎ Excellent organizational skills.
∎ Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
