About the Project

  • The Bangladesh Biorefinery & Biocrude Innovation Center (3BIC), under Window 3(a), Advanced Research, of the HEAT ATF Sub-Project 13733 of UGC, Bangladesh, is a pioneering initiative aimed at advancing biorefinery development for sustainable biocrude production. The project focuses on cutting-edge research in hydrothermal liquefaction (HTL) technology and the establishment of a Biocrude Innovation Center for comprehensive analysis and performance evaluation.

Position Details

  • We are seeking one (01) full-time Office Manager to join the dynamic team of the Bangladesh Biorefinery & Biocrude Innovation Center (3BIC). This position offers a negotiable salary and is based in the Department of Civil Engineering, KUET, Khulna. The Office Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of administrative and procurement functions within this high-impact national research project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth functioning of project activities.

  • Handle documentation and procurement processes, including direct purchase, RFQ, and e-GP procedures.

  • Coordinate effectively with contractors, suppliers, and the funding authority to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Support the preparation and submission of project progress reports.

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the research and management team.

  • Maintain project-related records, files, and compliance documentation to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
