Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Office Executive to join our company.
The ideal candidate must be capable of handling day-to-day administrative tasks related to office affairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office documentation, correspondence, and filing.
- Handle day-to-day banking procedures,
- Prepare and type letters, contracts, and invoices using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Maintain communication with banks, suppliers, and clients as required.
- Assist management in coordinating office operations efficiently.
