Job Context

Palki Matchmaking Ltd., one of the leading marriage media companies in Bangladesh, is looking for a smart, detail-oriented Office Assistant who can edit CVs/resumes professionally and perform basic graphic design tasks. The ideal candidate must be organized, responsible, and able to support daily office activities smoothly.

Job Responsibilities

  • Edit, format, and organize clients’ CVs/resumes as per company standards.

  • Create simple graphics, posters, and visual content for social media.

  • Assist the HR and service team with documentation, client data entry, and file management.

  • Maintain office records, uploading and organizing client details in the system.

  • Support daily administrative tasks and coordinate with different departments.

  • Handle printing, scanning, and preparing documents when necessary.

  • Maintain professionalism while communicating with clients and visitors.

Employment Status

Full-time

Office Hours: 10 AM – 6 PM

Workplace

Work at Office: Dhaka (Mohammadpur)

Educational Requirements

  • HSC/Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

  • Training in MS Office, Photoshop, or basic design tools will be a plus

Additional Requirements

  • Age: 20 – 35 years

  • Must be skilled in CV formatting (MS Word, Google Docs)

  • Proficient in MS Office.

  • Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop/Canva)

  • Good communication and typing skills

  • Must be organized, punctual, and able to work under pressure

  • Smart, polite, and presentable personality
