Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Sc./ B.Sc in CSE, ICE, ICT, Mathematics or relevant area.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage a department of about 50+ people or 10 ± teams/projects.
∎ Follow up with client on new project, additional resource, project extension.
∎ Collaborate with BJIT global sales to follow-up for the opportunity.
∎ Prepare estimation & proposal for Odoo platform projects.
∎ Coordinate with HR to onboard resources.
∎ Arrange technical interviewer & join the interview.
∎ Do project kick-off with BJIT global sales & client.
∎ Onboard the resource with team, global sales & client.
∎ Check all the project status with PMs.
∎ Do daily & weekly meetings.
∎ Escalate and mitigate any risk, issue, concern, dependency raised by any project teams.
∎ Support teams in project management.
∎ Provide technical support to critical projects.
∎ Support PMs of the section to define & improve different guidelines, review checklist
∎ Conduct review of deliverables.
∎ Resource management (planning, leave management, rotation/replacement etc.).
∎ Skill gap analysis, goal setting, follow-up and facilitate to achieve the goal.
∎ Review engineers goal settings and evaluations by PMs of the department.
∎ Regular global sales, client & internal management communications.
∎ Make improvement proposal and execute them in case of any customer complaints.
∎ Report to sales, client, internal management.
∎ Prepare engineer for customer interview & attend interview meeting with customer.
∎ Increase quality and productivity of deliverables matching with global standard quality and productivity.
∎ Plan and execute training & OJT to build up required skills of the section.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 5+ years of technical project management experience.
∎ 3+ years of work experience of Odoo/Open ERP is a must.
∎ 5+ years of experience with Python programming framework.
∎ Working knowledge of E-Commerce and ERP systems.
∎ JavaScript, HTM 5 CSS, XML, AJAX, jQuery.
∎ Knowledge of object-oriented programming, object modeling, relational databases (Postgres SQL), and Unix/Linux platform.
∎ Use of relational database management systems such as PostgreSQL.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Very good written and verbal command on English.
∎ Data migration and implementation of Odoo.
∎ Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, (GitHub).
