Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree under any discipline. Masters / MBA will be considered as added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To work as a team member for Hire Purchase Sales Procedures for all showrooms managers nationwide.
∎ Frequent showroom visit and inspect Cash Sales and Hire Sales.
∎ Prepare and check hire purchase application forms and procedures.
∎ Verify Hire Purchase Customers physically.
∎ Ensure 100% credit realization and collection of all installments on time from the customers.
∎ Remittance Collection and Reconciliation Hire Purchase Accounts of all showrooms operated by the company.
∎ Closely monitor and prepare daily transaction and cash flow reports to Manager-Hire Purchase.
∎ Monitor all the cash transfers/payments and bad debts.
∎ Energetic, Patience, Enthusiasm, Dedication and have sound communication and negotiable skills.
∎ Should be prepared frequent tour(s) throughout the country regularly.
∎ Should be able to work under pressure and should be prepared to be assigned at any place in Bangladesh.
∎ Report directly to Manager-Hire Purchase.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Minimum 2 (Two) years job experience in Hire Purchase Department with similar reputed organization / brand.
∎ Should be honest and hardworking.
∎ Willing to work under pressure and extensive working hours if needed.
∎ Good Command in Bengali & English.
∎ Excellent writing, interpersonal & high-level communication skills are required;
∎ Should have good knowledge on MS-Office applications & Internet;
