Experience:
Minimum 3 years of work experience in supervising and technical support in nutrition Program at Refugee Camps.
Working experience with ACF / Refugee camp will be benefit.
Strong understanding and field level experience of Refugee camps and recommended implementation guideline.
Proven experience in team management, supervision, reporting, etc)
Objective 1: Provide a high quality, comprehensive maternal, child, and adolescent nutrition service package through Integrated Nutrition Facilities in the camp.
Supervise and monitor the implementation of CMAM, IYCF, and other nutrition programs across designated camps and health facilities, ensuring adherence to established protocols and quality standards.
Oversee the management of integrated nutrition services (e.g., OTP, TSFP, BSFP, and Nutrition sensitive voucher), ensuring efficiency and compliance with guidelines for optimal service delivery.
Conduct regular reviews and assessments of program activities to identify issues, ensuring timely implementation of corrective actions.
Supervise the integration of nutrition preventive services (e.g., MAMI, ECCD, community mobilization) to enhance community nutritional health.
Objective 2:Capacity building of INF team and team management to ensure high-quality and timely service delivery at integrated nutrition facility
Assess and address the training needs of the nutrition team, providing guidance and resources to ensure high-quality service delivery and adherence to established standards.
Continuously monitor the performance of team members, providing feedback, identifying performance gaps, and taking corrective actions to ensure the achievement of quality service delivery.
Build the capacity of INF staff, including volunteers to execute nutrition-related activities effectively, ensuring accurate data reporting and improved service delivery.
Encourage teamwork, knowledge sharing, and a learning culture within the nutrition team to improve performance, enhance service delivery, and foster personal and professional growth.
Ensure all nutrition staff are fully aware of their roles, responsibilities, and objectives, providing the necessary support and resources to ensure successful program implementation.
Objective 3: Ensuring high-quality program reporting and day to day to program center level coordination
Ensure accurate and timely data collection on nutrition activities, including screening, assessments, and beneficiary monitoring, with a focus on children and pregnant/lactating women (PLW).
Ensure the Integrated Nutrition Facilities (INF) maintain a functional Complaints and Feedback Mechanism, ensuring full accountability to the affected community.
Prepare and submit regular reports (monthly, quarterly, and end-of-program) to the program manager and donors, ensuring consistency and reliability of data.
Monitor program outcomes and evaluate impact, identifying trends, challenges, and areas for improvement to enhance service delivery.
Document lessons learned and best practices, sharing them with relevant stakeholders to improve program effectiveness.
Coordinate with camp management, CICs, and other external stakeholders to facilitate smooth project implementation and address emerging challenges.
Represent the organization in camp-level coordination meetings, advocating for the target population’s needs and ensuring alignment of nutrition activities with other services.
Collaborate with the deputy program manager and external agencies to plan and implement joint nutrition and health interventions.
Objective 4:Proactively support ACFs commitments to gender equality, child protection and disability sensitivity report.
Read and ensure a full understanding of ACFs Gender Minimum Standards & Child Protection Policies, asking questions and/or for support when necessary;
Implement all work related activities with a gender, disability and child protection lens, taking into account the different needs, concerns and ideas of our staff and beneficiaries;
Ensure the incorporation of PSEA and gender equity principles in all policies and activities;
Help build an inclusive office environment where people do not feel disadvantaged or judged according to their gender or limited due to manageable disability.
