Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Master's Degree in Nutrition, Public Health or Health Science.
∎ Master's in Public Health/Nutrition is an added advantage.
∎ Minimum of 02 years of relevant field experience in nutrition programming. (Essential)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Improve quality maternal child & adolescent nutrition services including promotion of IYCF practices, Growth Monitoring & Promotion, basic nutrition services at Nutrition center, and camp level service center and referrals to upward level for Woman and children under 2 years including pregnant, lactating and newborns.
∎ Monitor the nutritional situation of targeted beneficiary and disseminate various health and nutrition message using BCC approaches, tools through approved guidelines.
∎ Increase consumption and utilization of nutritious foods & supplements by mothers, PW, newborns & children under 2 at HH level
∎ Improve essential nutritional knowledge of refugee household base beneficiary especially Lead mother group including PLW group, Lead adolescents, grandmothers group and others rohinga group members.
∎ Ensure participatory Monitoring & Evaluation system
∎ Manage Camp based all supporting team members and build their capacity subsequently.
∎ Networking and linkage with consortium members, local government, WV response office and WV national office
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Clear understanding on basic nutrition and nutrition sensitive services.
∎ Knowledge on project management and report writing.
∎ Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
∎ Leadership and managerial skills
∎ Ability to be a self-starter who is able to motivate team members to achieve common goals.
∎ Ability to handle multiple tasks and multiple deadlines.
∎ Ability to understand rohingya/Burmese language
∎ Communications and networking
∎ Good command in English & Bengali both in writing and Speaking
∎ Decision making and conflict resolution skills
∎ Competent in using MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint presentation
∎ Ability to work under stressful condition and adaptive to local culture and situation
Salary: Tk. 55000 (Monthly)
