Experience:

• At least 10 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nursing
• Diploma in Nursing in Nursing
• Diploma in Nursing in Public Health
• Masters

• Ensure that patients receive proper nursing care in accordance with hospital standards.

• Monitor the quality of care provided by nursing staff and intervene when necessary.

• Address patient and family concerns promptly and professionally.

• Supervise nursing staff during shifts and allocate responsibilities appropriately.

• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and adherence to duty schedules.

• Provide guidance, counseling, and on-the-job training to nurses.

• Evaluate the performance of nursing staff and report to the Management.

• Ensure proper documentation, record keeping, and timely completion of nursing reports.

• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and medical regulations.

• Coordinate with doctors and other departments for smooth patient care services.

• Ensure adequate staffing levels and manage shift rotations.

• Enforce infection control and safety standards across nursing services.

• Monitor and ensure proper use of hospital equipment and resources.

• Handle emergency situations effectively and ensure staff readiness.

• Identify training needs and recommend development programs for nursing staff.

• Participate in audits, quality assurance activities, and hospital committees.

• Promote teamwork, discipline, and professional ethics within the nursing team.
