Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take children's height and weight and records every month and record into the register.
∎ Provide first aid for the sick children.
∎ Refer children to the hospital when it is highly necessary and in emergency cases.
∎ Build up linkage with the doctors and health care centers.
∎ Should go for home visit includes slum area
∎ Record distribution of medicine and treatment in to the register.
∎ Participate in training by project and help in any project activities.
∎ To help and give direction other teacher for taking health class as per design of the project.
∎ Prepare individual work plan and prepare the monthly report.
∎ Express love and care for the children.
∎ Guide the children according to curriculum and lesson plan.
∎ Prepare children for homework and exams.
∎ Inform Manager of any irregularities or issues.
∎ Assist Manager in planning.
∎ Communicate with parents as planned.
∎ Keep good communication with relevant stakeholders
∎ Represent ADRA with networking and participation in various Government, Donor and NGO forums.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager /other concerned personnel.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Females are highly encouraged to apply
∎ Minimum three to five years of experience in social work especially in relation with development programs in the NGO sector.
∎ Relevant experience with international NGO is a plus.
∎ Knowledge of Office package
∎ Commitment to ADRA's mission, beliefs and core values.
∎ Knowledge of technical elements to measure MBI.
Salary: Tk. 15870 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Medical allowance, Provident fund, Weekly 2 holidays, Insurance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Bonus and salary increment - depends on availability of donor fund and budget.
