• Diploma in Engineering in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Diploma in Engineering in Computer Science & Engineering
• Diploma in Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

· CCNA, MTCNA

• 1 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): ISP

• Age 20 to 35 years

• Handling Customer Complain & Ensure Customer Satisfaction.
• Working experience on GPON/EPON, CISCO, Mikrotik routing knowledge.
• Sound knowledge on Transmission network and FTTX technology.
• Basic understanding of optical fiber testing, and test instruments.
• Advance IP networking knowledge.
• Good communication skill and team work.

• ·Knowledge about client support (ISP infrastructure, Router, switch)
• ·Have sound knowledge of all kinds of Optical Fiber related task.
• ·Must have a good understanding of the technologies and standards.
• ·Excellent customer presentation and service skills.
• ·Ability to translate highly technical information to end user customers and staff.
• ·Participate rotation schedule for nights and weekends
