- Strong communication and analytical skills to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Good communication skills and teamwork ability.
- Knowledge about client support (ISP infrastructure, Router, Switch).
- Hands-on experience and good understanding of MikroTik routers and various OLTs such as VSOL, BDCOM, C-DATA, Huawei, and others.
- Have sound knowledge of all kinds of Optical Fiber–related tasks (splicing, termination, link setup).
- Basic understanding of optical fiber testing and test instruments (OTDR, Power Meter).
- Good communication skills and teamwork.
