Experience:

• Degree in Hospitality Management will get preferences

Guest Service & Front Desk Supervision:

• Manage the front desk and ensure smooth check-in/check-out operations during night hours.

• Handle guest complaints, special requests, and emergencies professionally and promptly.

• Provide personalized service and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the night duty time.

Hotel Operations Oversight:

• Oversee all departments during the night shift, ensuring that service standards are maintained.

• Act as the point of contact for any operational issues or decisions in the absence of senior management.

• Monitor the hotel premises for security and safety, conducting regular rounds.

Night Audit and Financial Reporting:

• Oversee or perform night audit procedures, ensuring accuracy of daily transactions.

• Reconcile daily revenue and prepare reports for management.

• Verify room rates, transactions, and prepare summaries for accounting purposes.

Staff Supervision & Coordination:

• Coordinate with night staff, including security, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.

• Ensure all staff on duty are performing their tasks efficiently and in line with hotel policies.

• Conduct shift briefings and handovers with morning teams.

Safety & Emergency Handling:

• Handle fire alarms, medical emergencies, and other urgent incidents as per the hotel’s emergency protocols.

• Ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and property during the night.
