Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA in any subject (preferably in Marketing).

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain CRM, ensure good relations with existing network partners, dealers, and promotional agents.
∎ Generate ideas and prepare appropriate promotional plans and strategies for network development.
∎ Analyze the performance of dealers and promotional agents, evaluate KPIs, and work on performance development.
∎ Assist team in developing plans and strategies by providing data & insights on network partners
∎ Visit field and sales territories to assess current business situations and submit tour reports.
∎ Organize product demonstrations, customer meets, and other marketing campaigns teaming up with the sales team.
∎ Monitor competitor's marketing strategies/activities and prepare analysis/reports for senior management.
∎ Maintain updated list of network partners, prepare and execute appropriate communication plans.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Sound knowledge on marketing tools & techniques.
∎ Flexibility to travel within Bangladesh.
∎ Expertise on MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
∎ Sound communication and interpersonal skills.
