Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/ Masters degree in any discipline ( MBA in marketing is preferred).
∎ Educational qualification will be relaxed in case of experience.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform marketing and sales activities of different kinds of Rice.
∎ Should be able to create demand of our Rice product,
∎ Monthly & yearly sales planning and strategies to achieve sales targets.
∎ Visit & find out prospective clients and creating new Rice market opportunities and regular client visits.
∎ Make a presentation to the Rice dealers/ clients.
∎ Build & promote a strong, long-lasting customer relationship by partnering with customers& understanding their needs.
∎ Update and report about existing as well as upcoming customer profiles.
∎ Able to plan & execute independently and regular reporting of daily activities.
∎ Always positive attitude, good communication & Negotiation skills.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by top management.
∎ Have the capability to handle the team people.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 60 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Manage regular and on-demand (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and or Ad-hoc) reports according to business requirements.
∎ Managed, Developed, and follow up total sales forces (Rice Division).
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint.
∎ Should be well conversant with ERP Software and Mobile apps (Order Management).

Salary: Negotiable
