∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate Monthly, Quarterly sales strategy and tactical plan for assigned division in accordance with annual business plan.
∎ Administer field sales force (DSM/RSM) of assigned division in a proper manner which ensures individual target achievement by territory by region and analyze team performance to identify skill gaps as well as training needs for desired performance.
∎ Initiate, execute and coordinate action plan to penetrate products in the markets as per category management guidelines.
∎ Ensure product availability and visibility in all outlets as per category and channel specific product guidelines
∎ Identify and develop potential market, dealer, distributor, professionals based on assigned target
∎ Ensure Division wide strong Dealer presence and requisite Distribution infrastructure to grab emerging opportunities
