Manufacturing (FMCG), Plastic/ Polymer Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop monthly and yearly sales strategy aligned with business goal and effectively communicate with the salesforce.
∎ Achieve monthly and yearly sales target of the business.
∎ Ensure the salesforce are provided with the necessary tools: promotional items, gift items etc. Motivate the salesforce through designing rewards and fast career progression.
∎ Identify untouched market and key areas for improvement in sales operation.
∎ Develop leaders and increase the percentage of achievers under each leader. Follow up training department in developing skills of the employee of the sales team.
∎ Develop and implement salesforce KPI and monitor effectively. Ensure relevant data are prepared and presented to senior management.
∎ Maintain & develop dealers and continue appropriate relationship with them for the sake of company’s interest.
∎ Manage debtors as per company policy (if applicable).
∎ Develop strong social network with opinion leaders, law and order agencies and local authorities.
∎ Manage various people issues through monitoring, coaching, mentoring and resolving internal conflict.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10-15 years experience of working in sales of plastic or FMCG industry. Must have 03 years experience in heading a large sales team.
