• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Marketing, or relevant discipline.

• Minimum 7–14 years of sales leadership experience in regional or national roles.

• Proven experience working outside Dhaka with distributor and institutional clients.

• Strong understanding of regional paper and publishing market dynamics.

• Willingness to travel extensively.

Job Title: National Sales Manager

Location: Regional (Travel Required)
Department: Sales & Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

1. Regional Sales Strategy & Execution:

   • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate and grow markets outside and Inside Dhaka.

   • Manage distribution and networks across major cities and towns.

2. Client Development & Retention:

   • Establish and nurture relationships with regional NCTB vendors, publishers, printing presses, and resellers.

   • Regularly visit key regions to strengthen client relationships and explore new markets.

3. Sales Expansion & Target Achievement:

   • Expand the reach of Lipy Paper products (sheet/roll; 40–300 GSM) to schools, publishers, and local traders.

   • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with profitability focus.

4. Distributor & Dealer Management:

   • Appoint, manage, and evaluate the performance of area distributors and wholesalers.

   • Provide training and support to ensure alignment with Lipy Paper’s sales goals.

5. Logistics & Supply Coordination:

   • Coordinate with the factory and logistics team to ensure timely product deliveries outside Dhaka.

   • Monitor regional inventory levels and plan restocking cycles.

6. Reporting & Market Insights:

   • Generate and submit periodic sales reports with customer feedback and regional market trends.

   • Suggest pricing policies and promotional campaigns for rural and semi-urban markets.
