Sales & Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts for Welding Electrod & Wire products.
∎ Develop and implement effective sales plan and strategies to increase market share and achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly sales target.
∎ Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
∎ Manage proactive sales to ensure sales target are achieved within planned time frame.
∎ Work closely with ZSM, TSM & CRO to monitor progress, motivate team and solve problems in market.
∎ Manage team in large scale to meet the sales target.
∎ Maintain proper documentation & ensure all types of report as required to the reporting line.
∎ Identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports to reporting line.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have mentality to work 20-24 days in field to manage assigned territories.
∎ Sound analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Experience in conducting team training will be an added advantage
∎ Sound knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
