∎ MBA / Master's Degree under any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ At least 05 (Five) Years working experience in the same position in Dealer Channel and in the same trade.
∎ Able to work as the team leader for marketing and business development for dealers / distributors and retailers nation-wide.
∎ Require warm and healthy relationship with dealer/distributor/retailer.
∎ Able to create new dealers / retailers.
∎ Should be self-motivated to enhance the overall sales & marketing activities of all the brands under the organization resembling the highest Quality and Sincerity.
∎ Should be able to achieve organizational goals and objectives as a performer.
∎ Should have adequate knowledge and technics to motivate dealers / distributors / retailers and boost up overall company's sales.
∎ Excellent writing, interpersonal & high-level communication skills are required.
∎ Generate Daily / Monthly / half-yearly / yearly reports on market progress, credit realization and individual customer performance.
∎ Excellent writing & interpersonal communication skills and Good command on MS-Office applications & internet, and report writing is required.
∎ Should be prepared frequent tour(s) throughout the country regularly.
