Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieving the sales target.
∎ Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales targets
∎ Distribute the daily sales target and achieve it.
∎ Assigning, coaching, and motivating sales staff
∎ Movement scheduling of sales staff and monitoring their movement.
∎ Counseling and disciplining sales staff in the assigned region.
∎ Visit the dealer point regularly.
